Looking for a Bavaria rudder bearing

Friend's Bav 38 had a seized rudder bearing - quite a common problem I'm told.

Old bearing drilled out and a new one ordered.

Problem - Bav agent keeps sending the standard size of 73.2mm internal diameter; this Bav has a a bearing of internal diameter of 74.2mm; (Not possible to ream it out)

Yacht sat on the hard now for almost a month awaiting the right sized part.
Anyone recommend as to where one might source a Bavaria 74.2mm internal diameter rudder stock bearing - pdq??

Get a competent machinist to chuck it up and bore it out 1mm.
Or the same guy to make one with the correct size hole.
If it siezed-perhaps its a bit tight at that dimension?

What is it made of and what size externally & lengthwise is it as machining it out shouldn't be much of an issue, give me a shout if you get stuck and want one machining or alternatively one making out of delrin/acetal
