Looked and Searched

I am trying to find a weld on 3inch o/d v-clamp flange made of stainless 316
To fit my down pipe to attach to my holset turbo
And just cannot find anyone that can help, i have looked on eBay and
Emailed loads of exhaust dealers and manufactures but they all replied
Cannot do apart from a couple that said they could supply a kit which
I do not need.
So anyone out there know as to where i could get one ?

Sounds close to Perkins T6.354 size.
What is your engine and why does it have to be a weld on?
