I think its good policy to befriend as many locals as possible when cruising in different ports or anchorages. There is always a willingness to assist, if help is needed to the friendly visitor!

Since inheriting the family empire a few ago, James Packer has managed to displace 1 billion AUDollars. We can see where some of its gone!
