Saw this in the local paper today. Might be interesting, or not as I haven't watched it yet, if you have a spare 20 minutes to kill.

"A LONG-forgotten film chronicling a day in the life of Clacton’s lifeboat crew in the Sixties has been rediscovered.
Nine Men and a Boat is a drama-documentary made by members of Clacton Cine Club in 1964.
It shows how the Clacton life boat volunteers’ daily lives were interrupted by an emergency sea rescue.
The 20-minute amateur film follows the men as they drop everything to go to a sailor in distress."

Stand up you fine people of clacton, loved the way they swigged their pints, half gone in a gulp, and bring back the term dustmgen whilst we are at it, my wife and kids wouldn’t be very happy if I took them to sea in that ‘small yacht’, looked like a mirror dingy to me. Wonderful film, I loved it.

Not as big as a mirror, and not enough "V" forward. It looks like one of Percy Blandford's little abortions like a Gremlin
