OK Syd put me down for it. I hope I will have the guts to leave Chatham Marina by then /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif Would be a good first trip up there if anyone else wants to join in. I would prefer to have a bit of company on the route up.

<font color=blue>Best place (as you know Syd) to watch it is from the Yacht Club at St Kats. Dunno if I am going to make it this year if I am I will book a table for lunch there and make a day of it.

I'll be leaving Thurrock Yacht Club (nr Tilbury docks) on the Friday which is the 11th and staying until Monday 14th. If you want to come up on the Friday I'll cruise along with you. Its a really easy trip.. Its also best to reserve a berth in advance, can get a bit busy, fun though, great atmosphere.
