London based ...where to do an ICC course

My son is London based and wants to get his ICC. It would be benificial to use a similar boat to mine (Sealine S37 but based in the Costa Brava). I have quote from the Sealine School on the Hamble but would like some others for comparison ... any ideas/recommendations?

Talking of the dogs wotsits, does anyone know how I can do an ICC test on the Coata Brava?
