You will be aware that there is to be a 2 minute silence at midday in honour of those who died in the Londom bombings and that this is being carried out throughout the whole of Europe. I encourage everyone to participate by gathering today outside the front of their premises as a mark of respect and also to show the communities that we will not tolerate terrorism and such atrocities being carried out in this country.
