Me and tutts are going down to the boat next weekend. The 24 ish. We arer down for the week. But it's here mothers birthday on the 30th so she wants to get back. Some time about then ifish.But theres all week to get to the Solent.

LJS will elp out where ever. I am sure. Also CC Scott from Norway. We have already looked at Virgin Trains to get Tutts back from Portsmouth to Manchester for £25 iff quick to put in offer!! Or loades more if slow.Can anyone work out itinery, Or spreadsheat for the above!!

Ah. But its not about that. Me and Tutts can scoot around Cornwall for a week, then go home 310 miles. But then. I'll have to be back in Plymouth about Wednesday, colect LJS. Hope for good weather and scoot round to solent. Looking for CC Scot on the way. The other way would be me and Tutts. Cruise up to Solent. Slowly. Tutts takes train back. LJS, CC Scot meet uo some place and back to Plymouth. But that would leave LJS' car presumably in Solent. Mine in Plymouth and CC Scot asleep on the beach!.........../forums/images/icons/frown.gif

If youe down in solent then you can bring my box, and buy me a beer..... Trains are no problems from down here... if your a southerner... You just have to except the overcrowding, late running leaves on the line and the bar running out of beer...

so fundamentally LJS and CCS have to get to a rendevous with you and the boat by public transport and Tutts will leave the boat by pt
Southampton or Portsmouth would seem the favorites - terminus not beaches!
