Sounds crazy but I just cannot locate the above. Wiring diagram shows it at the back of the chart table but it ain`t there.
Any other 411 owners found it in a different spot?
Thanks for any info.

I can understand the circuit breaker being at the panel/chart table but it seems odd that they would run 3 hefty cables all that way. Most solenoids are mounted nearer the windlass.

There may not be one on its own.
Whilst the main breaker may be at the back of the chart table some 411's have the up/down switch on the windlass fitting itself.
Does yours have seperate switches/hand remote or are the switches mounted on the rear of the windlass?
If on the rear the solenoid is within the windlass itself.

At last........a question I really do know the answer to!!!

It's behind the cupboard set into the starboard side of the forward heads.

I have just added a wireless remote to mine - works a treat!!:)

Do you really have a Lofrans? I thought original kit was Leroy Somner? The one with the up/down buttons on the top of the windlass body.

It is definitely a Lofrans, with up/down remote buttons.

To the guy who was pleased to have given a answer which he was confident with ; thanks but I looked there in the first place I cannot see it, hence my question to the Forum.
