Does anyone have a Lofran windlass that can advise? The chain pulley on mine slipped this weekend and dumped all the chain...twice! The pulley itself isn't 'keyed' into the motor spindle, its just held by the pressure between the bottom plate and a bolt at the top. To make things worse, it overheated and tripped the breaker with all the frantic winding, and I couldn't override the motor and wind the chain in manually. The handle that comes with it just seems to undo and tighten he bolt at the top. Am I doing something very wrong?!?!
