The harbour master has just declared the wave break pontoon as dangerous and will not allow boats to moor there. The availability of fuel on the pontoon is still to be decided.
He has also limited the length of boat to a maximum of 12.m and is advising visitors to book in advance.
Repairs will not start until September.
