Small locker in cabin with no other access except the hinged door. I have a two-part plastic clip to fit on the inside so the door is held lightly shut. One part consists of two little round columns, to fit on the frame. The other is a sort of triangle or spear-point that slots between them when shut and has to be fitted to the inside of the door. Can fit one easily enough but how do I position the other EXACTLY? Obviously the door has to be shut to get the right position, but then I can't get my hand in to mark the screw holes. Tried measuring but it always ends up just half a millimetre wrong, enough to interfere with its smooth function. Driving me nuts. What's the trick?
