Locker catches

Anyone know where I can buy those locker catches where you push the centre, the handle comes out and then you open the door. I don't want the ones where you put your finger through the hole and get it chopped off.

They're a US based chandler and sell via the web, will also mail you a catalogue if you register on-line. Try www.westmarine.com.

They're good for prices and reliable, the only thing you have to watch for is import duty and VAT especially if you're buying big stuff like chart plotters etc. You can end up with all the add on costs coming out more than UK prices. I've bought a couple of things from them and been very happy with the prices and service.

What are their carriage charges like? have never been able to fathom it out from their literature. Do you use their 'landed price' (including duty, vat etc) or the standard US pricing?
