Lock Service Satisfaction Survey

As last year, the TMBA is conducting a simple survey to gauge user satisfaction with lock service received on the Thames this year.

The survey is "open" i.e. not restricted to TMBA members and will close at Midnight on September 25th.

I know the season is not finished yet but there will be a review meeting shortly and it would be useful to know what your experience has been so far this year.

Don't forget that we are now into September so normal hours of duty are 0900 to 1800

There is only one question - "What has your general user experience of lock service on the non-tidal Thames been this year (2013)?"
