Lock keeper and operating times question

we are thinking of a day upstream above teddington this sun has anything changed as per when you can use the locks at night

we should be coming through teddington and richmond approx 8pm sunday

the question will the locks still be manned ?

last year was ok but am worried by any ea changes that might prevent this

Pretty sure Teddington is manned 24/7. Richmond depends on HalfTide barrier times. I know they are proposing to cease lock operations during night hours (1900 to 0700?) but not until next year. Best way to find out is ring Teddington Lock or Richmond.
