Local knowledge required - semi-boaty

My boat is now in the shed at Fox's as they deal with her spotty bottom and moth eaten P bracket. I'm planning to take advantage being under cover to tackle the deck seams. and leaky windows et al.

I don't fancy battling with the A12 to and from South London on a daily basis; so I'm looking for somewhere to stay local. A regular working guy's B&B. Not poncey hotel, hot cold running flunkies cost an arm and a leg stuff. I can't stay onboard as there is work on the bulkheads too.

All suggestions welcome. Winning nomination will get a beer at Fox's Yacht Club or other nearby hostelry.

Aha, your boat sharing a shed with another boat with spotty-bottom, a relative's Westerley, Mellas. The treatment has been taking rather longer than initially thought, galloping acne clearly.

Most are in Woodbridge/Waldringfield though, which is about 10mins to Fox's.
