I've finally got around to purchasing my copy of the Lloyds Register 1962. There are four more in the bookshop, as I previously posted some time ago, dated between 1963 and 1968. If you'd like one, please PM me - they will be about £20 each once postage has been accounted for, as they are heavy brutes. At the moment, the cost of Coelan is preventing me from buying them all up at once so I will buy as necessary.

Apologies if you expressed interest before, I had a run of bad luck with the bookshop being closed whenever I went and have been rather busy ever since.

What is the use (other than as a collectors item) of a 1962 Lloyds Register - 45 years old ?

Why did you buy the 1962 edition when there is a 1968 (6 years newer) available?

For the same reason I bought an 80 year old yacht, when there was a 40 year old one available - I have an irrational love of antiquity. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
