Nice thought, but for me parking a 55' boat would have issues, and although plenty of internal photos, I can't find any boaty info, engine/s, survey, etc etc,
He appears to be selling it like a home not a vessel.

At 17m I think it's a little too much for me..... both to handle and look after on my own

The seller has added some more info, although written with a mixture of French and English in the same sentences! I understand it was built in Germany in 1955
she has 2 x 3 cylinder Detroits 90 hp each with a burn rate of 8 litres per hour.

I could live with that, but to pay to park the thing somewhere near to where I am would cost a fair bit of coin.

It would cost a lot of coin to berth it anywhere involving a civilised live-aboard environment (marina/jetty with power and water), which is the market this boat is aimed at, also any out of water time on slips/hardstand and space availability soon brings the reality of large boat ownership to a head.
