Little Rubber Mushrooms (IYE track stops)

Yes, I know it sounds like the title of an obscure 70s album. We have an IYE track for the mainsheet, no elaborate control lines, simply adjusted using plunger-type moveable stops. The wee rubber mushroom bits that deaden the clashing of these parts are mostly missing/perished/broken. Can anyone suggest a source? They don't seem to appear as spares in the proboat catalogue.

Some years ago I walked in to Lewmars place in Havant and picked some up for free - as long as I put some spends in their charity box.
