Lister Air cooled diesel.

I have a Lister SL 1 (i think) air cooled, 4.25hp, single lung with gearbox which I have just removed from my 1959 sloop.

Is it worth more than the £30 I have been offered or am I best to get shot of this big-uggly-underpowered hunk of iron?
