Linear drive - re-balling?

The retaining circlip dropped off the end of the screw and all the ball bearings dropped out! It is a ball-screw from Type 2 linear drive by Raymarine AFAIK.

Can I get the balls back in? How? Or should it go to someone who knows what they are doing?

It's a spare unit and I wouldn't bother, except I saw how much they cost, even secondhand...

No videos for this type unfortunately as the thread rod has a long collar... I'm grateful for all suggestions though!
