errr... is there more than one? The suspension bridge thingy. The one that is a copy of the Forth Road Bridge /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

[/ QUOTE ] Yes there are two, at least one is called the Severn Bridge, the other is called the Second Severn Crossing.. The former is part of the M48, although it was originally the M4. The latter, a few miles to the west, is part of the new section of the M4.

The original question was, "what is it carrying?" Which ever bridge it is the answer must be, "road traffic".
 
VicS is correct, the photo was taken early Sunday morning as we left the moorings to go down river to Flatholm. Photos of Flatholm are on the Bristol Channel forum.
