need to get my 6.5m boat lifted so i can antifoul and polish,
brighton cant do till mid june , but needs doing now any recommendations for somewhere local please.

BB, try Robinson Road in Newhaven, there's Cantell's yard which has a slip and trailer for hauling you out, 6.5 metres no problem, he used to do RNLI boats.
Alternatively further down the road (dead End) there's another yard with a mobile crane who can lift you easily. Another possibilty is Peter Leonard Marine on Denton Island, big mobile crane which will easily lift you.
Be warned..all these yards are tidal (all dry) and of course it means going up through the swing bridge at high water. All worth a look though.
