Lift Out at Bangor

Has anyone been out of the water at Bangor (NI not NW) recently?

Last time I was passing through it looked like they were replacing the fence with a relatively low wall & railings. Just wondering if that had led to any security problems.

Thinking of lifting out there in a few weeks.

Keep my boat in Bangor as do several friends and haven't encountered any concerns. I live within walking distance and am down most nights and weekends and afternoons and have never heard any reports about problems.
