The chap says that he looks after Lifetec 360's website, and he's sure that the only way is to contact them by email. Sounds knowledgeable of a problem ?
Neither Raymarine nor Icom recognise Lifetec360 as a registered dealer (29 Oct 2007), though they may buy from one of the distributors.
A colleague was about to order from them and had a very acceptable quote....
