lifejacket test

did PBO or YM recently, or it could have been a while ago, carry out tests on lifejackets for adults. I've searched through my stack but can't find the article. Am i going doolally?

Sailing Today tested 31 lifejackets in their Aug 2003 issue. I'm reluctant to part with my copy - and copying the pages would be illegal /forums/images/icons/wink.gif, but PM me if you want any info......
