Lifebuoys for the better nourished?

Looking to replace two rather tired old horseshoe buoys, I'm puzzled by the manufacturers' idea of the average yottie's body image! Tried four different makes so far, all of which fitted my grandson - and even my smart arsed (small waisted) son-in-law - but not one would look at myself or SWMBO, even on dry land in the daylight.

Are there any better-fed sailors out there who have solved the problem: shorely someone is making buoys for the ample figure?
