No, but the first two boats around Fastnet are beating in 30 knots of wind.

info on raceplayer says 14 - 17 knots and neck and neck with Leopard 3

Where are they getting it from their own race player shows as stated previously M3 also indicates this would be correct except for possible 30 kt gusts

I can't get raceplayer to work, so I'm using Google Earth. But the Fastnet website says, of the source of this information: "(Information received direct from the Rock)". I wonder why they put it in parentheses.
