There is a company here in Lowestoft that rents out liferafts.
Its the southern end of the Broads but they are excellent people to deal with. You need to speak to Justin at the Marine Safety Center I will PM the Telephone No.

As already mentioned, the Marine Safety Centre in Lowestoft is the place to go. They do weekly and seaonal rental.
