How long does your antifouling last? And how do you know that it's time to redo it?

I have always done it on a two-year cycle, but now my favourite antifouling -- Jotun SeaQueen -- is no longer available, and I'm wondering whether I should stretch to another year. It does not show any signs of getting thin, but do the active ingredients just leach out, leaving the antifouling ineffective?

Boat is in the water all year long, and used about 3000 to 4000 miles a year.

As long as it is still doing its job. Most AFs lose effectiveness after a year. Seaqueen often goes 2 years which is why it was a good buy. May last another year but don't,then be surprised if it does not.
