Licence website woes... sorry...

I'm just trying to get my damned VHF ship's licence sorted out, but don't have the letter to hand with my user ID on it. I think this is basically my name, but can't remember what format it's in, can anyone help me out?! i.e. is it tonybrown or tony.brown or TonyBrown.... ironically I did manage to retrieve my password online!

I doubt if this will help much but mine was in the following format:

FSMITH17

i.e. Initial and surname with a two digit number without any spaces.

Mine was just my initial and surname with no space between. I have found that it is not case sensitive.
