Whatever Ken says about lack of co-operation from commuter rail services not adopting the oyster scheme - he has not yet placed any swipe and re-charge ticket machines at the Excel centre which I find appallingly hypocrytical!
Yes my card ran out at Excel and there was NO WAY of recharging it. No maned ticket machine, so I was landed with one of Ken's HUGE cash fares designed to rip-off tourists.
