There is, I have now discovered, a floor plan on the YBW website london boat show page http://www.ybw.com/london-boat-show
As far I can see there is no list of exhibitors to go with it .. just a floor plan... so just about as useless as nothing at all.

But floor plan was what you asked for so another satisfied customer
