Lewmar V2 Windlass Not Working

Just getting boat ready for first serious trip of the year. On checking my anchor windlass (first time used since last Oct) turned power on but when I press switch for in or out I can just hear a "click" but the motor does not turn. Any suggestions to help save my weekend trip would be vey welcome. thanks.

Check the cables from the relay box to the winch. The click you can hear is the relay closing but the current is not getting through to the winch.
