Lewmar Traveller Maintenance

We have a lewmar traveller on our 40ft yacht. Just putting her back together for the season. The traveller seems stiff and rather squeaky when it moves. I cannot seem to google any suggestions as to how to service the bearings. Any suggestions please?

If you have slide rod, change to balls.

But wash it out afterwards or it will b ugger the plastic, with all the **** it collects.

I wouldn't use WD40, but rather a Teflon-spray.
