Lewmar Portlight peeling

I have two size 0 Lewmar portlights in that are peeling around the exterior frames. They appear to be painted black by the factory.

Any ideas on the best fix(anodise, paint and which primer) as I cannot seem to find replacement black frames.

Assuming they're aluminium: Irirdite (or surtec 650), then Powder Coat.
