Lewmar portlight catch seals

The o-ring on the catch of one of our (old-style) portlights has broken and it doesnt seem to be a standard size of O-ring from those in offer in the local chandlery. Anyone know what size it actually is?

Also any "best-buy" pointers for the main portlight seal itself (The bit that is circular in cross section with an 'arrow' pointing off it to fit in the groove in the frame), and any good tips for easy fitting.

Unfortunately the limited search functions on the forum make it difficult to narrow down a search.
