Lewmar openingportlights

Our new to us Beneteau oceanis 36CC has Lewmar opening portlights fitted from new in 1998 that in a severe thunderstorm here with really heavy rain leaked. anyone know if the catches are adjustable( they are currently almost impossible to turn and indeed if spare catches etcare available because I broke one which had obviously been weakened by the strong UV here in Florida???????

Good luck getting the catches off.....ours leak too and I have tried several times to remove them and just keep breaking the allen keys!!
