lewmar hatch friction lever

Hi All,

One of my lewmar hatches on a Bavaria will no longer hold the hatch open in position, it falls closed or fully open.

Any experiences ? Is this fixable or is it a case of order a new friction lever from lewmar ?

the 6mm allen screw is used to tighten the friction on the hinge
