We have a 2000 Moody 42 cc. The sailing hardware is all Lewmar.
I need springs for this clutch on the headsail control lines
Lewmar tech support said they are not longer supported.
Does anyone have any ideas?
The starboard one has a spring that has been "sprung".

Hello, I have a similar jamming block in my spares box. It is labelled Spinlock but I am not sure that it is the B63 on the leaflet. It only uses two of the holes for fixings. The middle pulley pivot appears to be riveted in. The pulley diameter is 60mm. P1220716low.jpgYou may be able to fit that or canabilise it to repair yours. I do not think that it has ever been fitted but the plastic corner has a discolouring, maybe uv damage from being displayed. May that be of interest to you?
There is also one on ebay in Greece.

A Lewmar DC1 could replace it, which is excellent, in different sizes depending on your rope diameter. Came out very well in PBO test some yrs ago. I have some and they last years with no damage to the rope.

I just heard back from Lewmar tech support, they are telling me that the part I need help with is not Lewmar but Spinlock. Several of you had already suggested that!
