I read this this thread from Sailnet.com.
The last post from a conversation with UK Lewmar appears to me to make the product "not of merchantable quality".
Seems a bit hit and miss way to match a prop to the tunnel.
I have searched the Lewmar website and came across data from an Australian Lewmar site, that shows only one size of prop for the 185TT thruster, and one size of tunnel for the range of 185TT thruster.
I hope I don't have this problem when I fit my Vetus bow thruster this winter.
