HEADS UP - LETS HAVE A BLAST !
If you’re on board at NOON TODAY don’t forget to join in the national ships salute to Her Maj for her Platinum Jubilee by sounding your horn for a long blast between 6 and 30 seconds.
On 6th February 1952 I was sitting my 11+. We were told of the death of her father at the end of the exam - little did I know that she’d still be ‘my Queen’ 70 years on. Well done Ma’am ️???

Not near the boat as The Management has declared it surplus to requirements, or more charitably managing and manhandling 20+ tons of steel, no longer a reasonable or pleasant pastime.

We went out from MDL Windsor and joined the Platinum Jubilee Flotilla for the day down to the bottom end of Windsor. Busy day but a great atmosphere.
