This is a really dull question, so apologies in advance!
The fuel filler cap on my Leisure 27 has been a b***er to remove for a while, this weekend it appears to have jammed completely. Part of the problem is that the slot into which you insert the key has become worn and you can't get a good grip on it. The cap is also engraved with 'WATER', which leads me to think that a previous owner replaced the cap at some point /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif , possibly for the same reason. The cap is a screw-threaded alloy type, I don't know how many types there are, I'm guessing hundreds!
The question is:
a) how do I open the thing without further damage (to it or myself!)
b) where might I find a suitable replacement (preferably labelled 'fuel'!)
Thanks in advance to anyone who has the patience to read this, or even better, an answer!
Cheers, Steve
