I am currently trying to think of a way of parking the outdrive leg on me project.I went for a none parking leg(eenfield 130) because it has a greater up angle,70 degrees when up ,this allowing me to mount the engine a little lower.I ve made up a ssteel cable with clips each end secured with d bolts, this secures the leg fine but it,s quiet difficult to unclip the bottom clip,ie i,ll have difficulties doing this underwater. The system will work but has anyone got any better idea,s???.
New leg /fit hydralics not an option, the boat is to be kept on a drying mooring.
regards,
T,b
