Extra Forestay Legend/Hunter 41DS
Has anyone fitted an additional furling forestay on a Legend/Hunter 41DS. Is this a problem, don't want a storm jib that hanks on to the original forestay. Thinking another furling one the way to go.
By the way, despite all of you who thought I'd lost my marbles going for a boat without backstays, I love the yacht. A force 9 with gusts of 11 failed to knock it down. I admit, I was very heavily reefed and a wee bit nervous (oh OK, terrified) but we made it. My dog wasn't impressed tho' criticised every move I made right from "...so about this forecast you checked?" to "...call that parking"
