I knew it was getting bad and had intended to trailor it home a couple of weeks ago. Took it home today and was not best pleased with the state of it, work cut out for me

As you can see there is a fair bit of soft growth, not as bad where it sits in the soft mud, but bad none the less.

Gave it a soak in snow foam with little affect.

Then out came the pressure washer, got the growth off but not the stains.

A little rub before i had to go out showed that it would come up clean.

gave the leg a coat of sealant when i got back, one more coat, then a coat of wax before i machine polish the rest of the boat.

getting a bit of weed on your bottom is always the problem with boats that driven too slowly, y'know. I guess that you'll get round to opening the taps one of these days; hold on tight though, it can get quite bouncy if you are not used to it. ;)

 its out every weekend at near WOT, running along at 40 mph is not as fast as the water from a presure washer and that wouldnt shift it, plus the bits that get the worse growth are not in the water on a plane:D
