Before you go down that route - if your bottlescrews are stainless and of any age I would recommend against trying to preserve them, they're likely to be work-hardening and therefore likely to fail without warning.
If the bodies are bronze, it's probably OK.
You don't give the size of the left-hand thread bottlescrew - but dependent on the size you could try:
