My wife and I own the lease on a 12m berth in Lefkas Marina.
We are able to sub-let at about 25% less than the advertised rates for the berth, which include VAT.
If you choose to lift out then, you can do so, and pay the marina rates direct to the marina.
Of course there are water, electric, lift out, lift in and cradle costs on top etc.
All these costs can be found on the marina web site. Do look at medmarinas.com website.
Follow 'our marinas' choose 'Lefkas' then, price list, moorings price list.
There a lot of useful info. to take in. Just ask me any questions you think of.
This is our fourth time of letting F 69 and it works well for all. F 69 is a well located berth, close to the marina office and facilities, but not too close.
Long lease potential as we are currently in Croatia.
