Hi All

This is just a test to see if I can get a direct link to videos fo you to gaze on to work here.
I had done the original post using the still photos after some confusion, which you seemed to appreciate judging by the comments. So lets see if this works.
We had been to Peel and stayed ovrnight.Had to go back to Port St Mary the next day as SWMBO had to be in work, so she took the video while I got us underway.

So here it is. Sorry for the rather duff quality but I have now found out that my camera has a HD setting which gives better quality.

My thanks to the Major for his, as usual, masterclass help. Like all things it is easy when you know how.

Cheers

Drew.

Brilliant Drew.

I assume Connie was the cameraperson as you appeared to be driving.

It may be my settings, but the commentary became mumbling at the end.

Glad to be of service.

Right on Major

HI

Thanks again for your help, it is much appreciated.

Yes, Connie was cammeraperson. (Just hate being PC). so I did some editing in Pinnacle. True, I need to practice a bit, so there will be a little clip on the Lounge about the Manx Railway. Just a trailer for a more indepth film this being non boaty.

Cheers

Drew.

The Music

Hi Haydn

I use a programme called Pinnacle as an editing suite and the music is supplied on that, all sorts of stuff for all occasions. There are no probs with it as it is being used for non commercial use.
I understand that copyright is a minefield, so I would avoid creating possible trouble.
Yet we see a lot of stuff on Youtube that really should not be there.... Ah well.

Thanks for the video Drew, the narration and music were a great addition, as were the scene/clip changes.

Just to add a thought for next time, maybe some more slow panning around to show off the lovely features of the area.

Its good to hear a voice on the clip, adds a personal touch when most contact is done by text. Well done...:)

Thanks

Hi

Again many thanks for the input. I welcome any help in improving the finished artricle. Hopefully the next one will be better.

Drew.
