Doh!
So now that the weather's warming up again, I figured I'd refill the water system so we can have some tea making water on tap whist we continue to work on the boat. It's mostly working fine, although I've discovered the blasted water pump leaks when it's pumping! There's a constant drip from the mid-section (looks like some kind of gasket?) when it's working.

Unfortunately, I didn't make a note of what it is, but it looks like one of the Jabsco jobbies.

Is this something that:
1) Will hopefully sort itself out once the gasket has absorbed some water and created a new seal.
2) Can be fixed with some kind of service kit.
3) Is a catastrophic failure and requires replacing with a new pump.

Cheers!

Applying soddes marine law, it is unlikely to be #1, hopefully #2, but probably #3:(

If it's a Jabsco, it may just be the push on filter, I've lost a couple over the years due to ice expanding in the pump.
Cheap and easy to fix, try the link for spares direct from Jabsco.

Hmm, looks like there's a reasonable amount of maintenance that can be done on these babies. Now I just need to confirm what the pump actually is!
Thanks guys.
